We met at Newcastle University; Richard was studying Agriculture and Julie read Psychology. Richard grew up in Malton and has lived in the York area since he was ten. Our link to York began soon after meeting when we got engaged here and decided that this was the place we wanted to settle. After Graduating we moved to Cawood, just outside York, before finally fulfilling our dream and moving to York itself where our two boys went to secondary school.

Our backgrounds are varied. Richard is originally from a farming background and has a proven track record in sales. Julie's background is in communications and customer service. Richard started out as an estate agent in 2006, and Julie became involved in 2010. Will’s background is in insurance. He learned a lot growing up watching the business being built from scratch, before joining in 2025.

We are very family orientated and love nothing more than spending time together. We all enjoy being social and trying new things; getting involved with various social and sports clubs and supporting local charities. We believe in working hard and doing the best you can.

Being an estate agent in York is great, you get to meet so many different types of people from all walks of life. That is probably what we like the most; meeting different people and helping them achieve their goals.
