We only collect information to provide you with the services you have requested or to comply

with our regulatory obligations. When you contact us to register your interest we typically collect

your name, postal address, email address and contact telephone number. This is stored in a cloud-

based CRM database.


Registering interest

To enable us to provide effective service we will ask for information regarding your current

position. We will also ask for information regarding the areas you are looking at and the types of

property you are interested in. If you consent, we will contact you about properties that match

your criteria. We will also ask and note your preferred method of contact.


When selling your home details regarding your property will be requested to enable us to provide

you with the best possible service. When a sale is agreed financial information will be required to

enable the transaction. Due to anti money laundering regulations, for some services we are required

to request proof of personal identity.


Third parties

Depending on which services you receive we may need to share your details with third parties to

fulfil and perform our obligations under the contract we have with you; for example organising an

Energy Performance Certificate which is a legal requirement. Your personal data will only be

shared to comply with our legitimate interests.


We may offer additional services including professional photography, mortgage services,

removals, and conveyancing. Consent will be obtained before passing details to selected named

third parties in respect of these services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

for the purpose it was collected, it is out of date or consent has been withdrawn. Vendor and

applicant information is routinely reviewed on a regular basis and details updated/deleted

accordingly.
